The City of Millington is now offering Citisen Portal for online/phone bill payments.. The online payment system can be accessed by clicking the ONLINE BILL PAY button in the middle of the Millington home page. To pay by phone, please call 1-855-972-2647. Customers must have their account number to access either system.
The balance on a customers account is in real-time, reflecting any payments, charges, penalties, or fees made to the account.
