A special meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen has been called at 5 PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 5 PM in the Chambers at City Hall.
The purpose of the meeting is consideration of any action the city may need to take in connection with County Commission’s third-party complaint challenging the constitutionality of municipal school districts and seeking a temporary restraining order halting the schools referendum scheduled for the Aug. 2 elections.
