Effective May 4, 2020 at 10:50 AM, the City of Millington began following Shelby County Health Department Directive #3 pertaining to COVID-19 and business operations. This Directive allowed the opening of many businesses on May 4, 2020 subject to certain guidelines.
Directive #3 allows the opening of hair and beauty salons with certain guidance on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Nail salons are not permitted to open at this time under this directive.
