On Monday, May 13th 2019, officers of the Millington Police Department responded to shots fired call at 4271 Water Briar, Millington, TN 38053. Upon arriving on the scene, officers found a individual inside the residence with numerous gun shot wounds. Officers did take the suspected shooter, Caleb Evans, 26 years of age, into custody. Officers investigation has led to second degree murder charges on Mr. Evans. The victim has been identified as Andrew Werner, 24 years of age. No additional suspects are being sought.
