Volleyball

Millington Parks and Recreation coordinates youth and adult volleyball programs. All games are held at the gym located at the gym at the Ed Haley Sports Complex at 4885 Bill Knight in Millington. From learning the fundamentals to honing advanced skills, the program offers something for everyone.

Registration for the Millington Parks and Recreation 2025 fall adult co-ed volleyball league is the entire month of May. This league will play games on Tuesday nights starting August 26.

Registration for the winter session is the entire month of November. Games will be played on Saturdays starting January 25. These leagues are for ages 15 & up. 

These leagues are not for the serious player. It is just for fun. If you take the sport too seriously, these leagues are not for you. Cost is $300 per team and each team will play 10 games. Rosters are limited to 10 players per team. Space is limited so register your team today!

Millington Parks and Recreation is happy to announce a brand new volleyball league for the common person. The person that might not have a great deal of experience. The person who might not be able to be there every week at a specific time. The person that can't get enough friends to commit so they can put a team in the more competitive league. We present to you, The No Commitment (Kinda, Sorta) Adult Volleyball league. 

The cost is $25/person and is for ages 15 and up. What that gets you is as much volleyball as you can stand every Thursday from 6-9 PM from August 14 to October 16. You show up on your schedule. If you're off for the day and can get there at 6, great! If you're working late and want to come later, fantastic! If you have another engagement and can't make it, no sweat! We are playing pickup volleyball each week. Don't know anyone? Come make some new friends!!  No referees and the only calls will be in or out. You don't need to bring anything except tennis shoes. Registration for the youth volleyball league starts on September 22 & runs until October 10. Practices will start in October and will be both during the week and on Saturdays. Games will be on Saturdays starting in November & ending in December.  This league is for ages 12-17 and you have to be able to serve the ball over the net to play in this league. Cost is $50 per person or you can bring your own team in for $300. You can register for the youth volleyball league here. Please do not sign your child up if they can't commit to being there for practices and games because they are playing another sport. It isn't fair to the other girls on the team when their teammates don't show up.
