  9. Backstop - Is the backstop in good condition?*

  10. Dugouts - Are the Dugouts clean and in good condition?*

  11. Trash Receptacles - Are the trash receptacles in good condition and not overflowing?*

  12. Lighting - Are the field lights acceptable?*

  13. Turf - Is the turf level and free from major uneveness?*

  14. Weeds - Is the turf thick and free of weeds?*

  15. Infield - Is the infield level and free of weeds?*

  16. Foul Poles / Goal Posts - Are the Foul Poles / Goal Posts in good condition?*

  17. Playing Surface - Is the playing surface in good condition?*

  18. Concession Stand - Is the Concession Stand clean, stocked and in good order?*

  19. Rest Rooms - Are the restrooms clean, stocked and in working order?*

  20. Plumbing - Are all toilets, sinks & water fountains operational? *

  21. Park Lighting - Are the park lights acceptable?*

  22. General Cleanliness - Is the general cleanliness of the park acceptable?*
