The Millington Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a special called meeting on Monday, September 15, 2025, in the Municipal Administration Building located at 7930 Nelson Street, Millington, TN 38053 at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting at 6 p.m.

The subject property is located on the south side Glencoe Way and east of Wilkinsville Road. More specifically, parcel numbers: M0115 0000900 and M0115 A00074. The subject property is zoned MUPD, Mixed Use Planned Development.
8. Application for a Zoning Variance submitted by Tom Edwards, Flag Properties, LLC. The request is for a zoning variance to reduce the minimum parking requirements. The subject property is located on the south side of Jack Huffman Boulevard and west of Raleigh Millington Road. More specifically, parcel numbers: M0115 00526C and M0115 00910. The subject property is zoned M-1, Light Industrial.
