The Millington Planning Board of Zoning Appeals will hold its regular meeting on Monday, June 2nd, 2025 in the Millington City Hall Chambers located at 7930 Nelson Street, Millington, TN 38053 at 6 p.m.

8.    Application for a Zoning Variance submitted by Wesley Wooldridge, The Renaissance Group.  The request is for a zoning variance to reduce the minimum width for two proposed lots facing Bateman Road from 110 feet to 104 feet. The subject property is located on the north side of Bateman Road and east of Raleigh Millington Road.  More specifically, parcel number: M0126 00140. The subject property is zoned R-0, Residential District (Low Density).
