The Millington Civic Center is a full-price rental facility under the operation of the City of Millington's Arts and Recreation Department. The purpose of the Center is to provide a quality rental facility for the use of area residents that is very affordable, flexible, and convenient.

The Civic Center contains a 500-seat auditorium, a banquet hall and kitchen, a 170-seat chapel, a gymnasium, an executive conference room, and twelve meeting rooms, each holding between 20 and 50 people.
